What we collect

• Your name, email, and message when you use a contact, inquiry, or newsletter form.
• Order details and story-brief answers needed to write and deliver your song.
• Anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (page views, referrers) to see which pages are useful.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never touch this website and are never stored by us. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy terms as an independent processor.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-respecting analytics and essential cookies only. There is no advertising network on this site and no AdSense. The cookie banner lets you choose essential-only.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it. Email hello@wildwestballads.com and we will act within 30 days.

Retention

Inquiries and messages are kept while a project is active plus three years for tax and licensing records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
