Refund Policy

Every tier includes revisions, because the fastest way to make a song right is to fix it, not to cancel it.

Revisions come first

• The Whistle-Stop ($79): 1 revision round.
• The Full Saddle ($147): 2 revision rounds, plus 2 versions to choose from.
• The Legend ($297): 2 revision rounds, plus 3 versions to choose from.

No refunds on custom songs

Every custom song is written to order for one person, so we don't refund them. What we do instead is fix them. Each tier includes the revision rounds listed above, and if the song still isn't right after those, we keep working with you until it is. We would rather you ended up with a song you are proud of than a refund. Revisions refine the song you briefed. A different story, subject or direction is a new song and a new order.

Film scoring deposits

Scoring work begins on a 50% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, because it reserves studio time and displaces other scheduled work. The balance is due on final master delivery.

Scoring revision rounds

Single Cue includes 1 revision round; the 3-Cue Bundle includes 2; the 5-Cue Bundle includes 3. Additional edits are $95 each. Unused revision rounds are not refundable but never expire during the project.

Rush orders

Rush work (+50%) is non-refundable.
